I forgot to remind myself of this weeks workout goals... its changed a bit since I made the monthly list.
Sunday - aimed for 5 miles, only completed 2
Monday - early morning spin class
Tuesday - 4 mile run with mid two at race pace
Wed - "strong and lean" class, 2 mile run
Thur - long run 9 miles
Friday - Tabata
Sat - rest
And I talked with my favorite teacher at the gym about my right posterior shin splint... I need to get a tennis ball and work it! Hopefully I can handle 3 days in a row of running.
