Tomorrow will be my first long run since starting to train again.... 8 miles. I'm a bit nervous since my leg has not been feeling all that great. I plan to get to the chiropractor and get new shoes but timing wise I need to run firstbefore it gets to hot.
Heading to bed early. Route is planned and written down... ipod and garmin are charged. _I will have a good run!
