back on track?

I NEED to get back on track! I havent worked out in 4 days. I havent eaten all that well either in the last 24hours. I feel swollen and blah.

My cold is practically over.

Its time to pick myself up, put on my big girl pants, stop whining and get back on track! I can do this!

  2. good luck...I am in the same situation about except I haven't worked out since running the marathon (over a month ago!) I have on leg back on the wagon though. Grab some water and go for a walk you will feel a little better (at least that is what my friend tells me to do).

  3. Of course you can do it! Go for it! Oh, and don't beat yourself for not exercising. With a work schedule that busy, who could blame you. Maybe you could find a way to fit some exercise while you are at work. If you get a chance, do a few squats or lunges, run in place, walk up and down stairs for a few minutes. It all adds up.
