I have been struggling a bit in the eating department the last 2-3 days - all starting from when I forgot my lunch. I have had the "screw it" mentality that needs to go away! I am sitting right now in a pair of shorts that didnt fit last month - they look very nice. I have had progress. I can do this. I need to get my mind back in the swing of things. Was supposed to do early body pump this morning but stayed up too late reading... didnt get up. So need to do some form of cardio and weights at home today later. Tomorrow is a biggie... 10 to 11 mile run. I need to hydrate today.
