Looks like a great plan. Curious, maybe I missed it, are you calorie cycling? or just planning ahead for higher intake days?
A little of both. I recently heard about calorie cycling from a Jillian Michaels podcast and Im intrigued and figured I would give it a shot. And then I planned my higher calorie days when my workouts will be more intense. And I decided that any training run over 6 or 7 miles I would do 2000 calories. Im starving those days so 1. I will feel better with more calories and hopefully wont go on a binge because Im hungry and 2. I burn a ton of calories.
Sounds like a smart plan!
