Since weigh in last friday I have eaten HORRIBLY. BAD BAD BAD. I have made very healthy meals but have eaten nonstop all day long and tons of halloween candy... Hate that time of the month!
I peeked today. I have gained 5 lbs since friday :(
Part of me whats to throw my hands up and say F-it... start again next week.

You are NOT that person anymore!! You CAN do this!! Everyone has bad moments! That is life! We all have bad weeks, months, days (hopefully not years, but I am sure it has happened) Just dust your butt off and do what you really truly want! :) You CAN do anything if you just get the right game face on and in the right state of mind!
